"Animated" JPG Banner for STS for CRE Loaded

What this contribution will do is allow you to achieve a simmilar effect as you would get with an animated GIF however with drastically reduced file size as the script will call individual JPG images vs one large animated GIF file, you can add as many images to the rotation as you like.
The script is an inline script, meaning you simply place the script code in your STS head section, then put the place holder in your catalog/includes/language/english/english.php file and your off and running.
