Address label creation for CRE Loaded

This contribution adds a "Print label"-button to the orders-page in the Admin-panel.
It allows to collect multiple customer-addresses from orders and to create a PDF out of them, which can be used to print labels for shipping.
The contribution uses FPDF for PDF-creation and supports Label in A4 and A5 (can be easily addapted to every other format) with multiple labels on one page.

Tested with OSC 2.2 RC2a. Should work with older versions as well.
