For those who cannot CHMOD their permissions via FTP / CPanel
use the included file. simple to use
change settings in line 3, upload t your folder and call it in your browser
i.e if your catalog is http://www.yourdomain.com/catalog and you want to CHMOD the catalog / includes / configure.php upload it to your catalog folder and call it via
http://www.yoursite.com/CHMOD.php
Sure you get the idea...

DELETE FILE AFTER USE
